Based on real situation of Guizhou power marketing,this paper presents the guideline to construct large power marketing system,describes systematically the organization structure,warranty mechanism,technical support system,incentive mechanism and marketing strategy etc of large power marketing system,submits the incentive mechanism of internal control index with price as level.
