性质:CL-65205  又名联苯吡咯。结晶体。熔点109~11O℃。以三氟甲基联苯酚和1-(2-氯乙基)吡咯为原料制得。为降血脂药,具有很强的降血胆固醇的作用(比安妥明强1000倍),也降低甘油三酯和磷脂。本品主要通过抑制胆固醇的吸收降低血脂,也能抑制7-去氢胆固醇变为胆固醇。临床用于治疗高脂蛋白血症。副作用有食欲减退,恶心呕吐等胃肠道反应。
