朱仙镇清真寺位于朱仙镇东南隅的老虎洞街，始建于明代，清乾隆三年(1737年)重修，是开封境内现存最大的一座伊斯兰教清真寺。清真寺坐西向东，现存建筑有山门、厢房及大殿等。山门面阔三间，进深二间，单檐歇山顶，上覆绿色琉璃瓦，脊上有宝瓶一个。门外有八字闪墙与山门相连。山门前后檐由八根石柱支撑，柱上镌刻有山水、花鸟图案。山门布满木雕，平板枋，大栏额为高浮雕，小栏额，拱眼为透雕，刻技精湛，美不胜收。大殿为勾连搭式，由前后二个建筑合成，前为硬山卷棚，面阔五间，进深三间；后为硬山式殿房，亦面阔五间，进深三间。后殿脊有大宝瓶一个，殿前有青石台阶，其上为碧瓦盖顶，庄严肃穆。在大和山门之间的南北厢房数间，均为硬山小式建筑。内有碑楼两座，一座内存乾隆三十二年（1767年）所刻清真古行正教条例；另一座内存嘉庆十年（1805年）所刻阿拉伯文碑。朱仙镇清真寺于1985年修葺一新，是历史名镇朱仙镇主要游览胜地
