As one of important capital water sources,Miyun was chosen as a case,where contingent valuation method was used to estimate negative external influences from the construction and protection of the capital water sources on the local.
以首都水源地为例,利用条件价值评价法(CVM)衡量水源地建设保护对水库周边农户的负的外部影响,通过回归分析得到影响水源地调查者受偿意愿的因素,据此得到受偿意愿函数的各项参数,进而计算水源地居民受偿意愿数量,经计算当前该值约为94050128。
