LAK细胞
LAK细胞即淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞。将外周血淋巴细胞在体外经淋巴因子白介素-2(IL2)激活3～5天而扩增为具有广谱抗瘤作用的杀伤细胞。把LAK输给带瘤小鼠，不但使原瘤消退，还可以使已确立的转移瘤消失。LAK有广谱抗瘤作用，LAK与IL2合用比单用IL2效果好，因为经IL2激活的LAK在输入人体后仍需IL2才能维持其杀伤活性。
