The results suggested that the photosystem Ⅰ(PSⅠ), photosystem Ⅱ(PSⅡ) and total electron transport activities, RuBP carboxylase (RuBPCase) and carbonic anhydrase (CA) activities in tobacco leaves decreased along with the maturation and senescence of tobacco leaves, especially the PSⅡ electron transport activity and RuBPCase initial activit.
结果表明 ,随着烟叶的成熟衰老 ,烟叶的光系统Ⅰ (PSⅠ )、光系统Ⅱ (PSⅡ )及全电子传递活性、RuBP羧化酶 (RuBPCase)和碳酸酐酶 (CA)活性均呈下降趋势 ,其中PSⅡ电子传递活性和RuBPCase初始活性在打顶后下降迅速。

性质:借助光化学空穴烧蚀来记录信息的一类记录材料。在如酞菁材料、聚甲基丙烯酸酯类等特制的材料上,采用经调制的直径约为0.5μm的具有极好单色性的激光束,将表面的敏感层烧灼成小孔,把扫描的电子信息流转换成相当于1“”和“0”的二进制空穴潜像,然后利用激光重再现图像。该记录材料贮存信息密度可达1011~1012bit/cm2,且可擦除和多次重复使用,可作为激光光盘记录用。
