性质: 白细胞、肥大细胞、血小板和巨噬细胞受免疫学和非免疫学刺激后,以花生四烯酸和其他不饱和脂肪酸为原料,合成一系列三烯化合物。有三种脂加氧酶分别参与将氧加到花生四烯酸分子的5,12和15位上,生成氢过氧化物,其中仅5-脂加氧酶(也存在于血管壁)生成白三烯,首先形成LTA4,经水化或结合谷胱甘肽转变为LTB4或LTC4;LTC4(谷胱甘肽结合物)逐步移去谷氨酸和甘氨酸依次生成LTD4,LTE4,LTC4,D4,E4属于肽脂类。过敏慢反应物质就是C4,D4,E4的混合物,其收缩支气管平滑肌的强度比组胺或前列腺素强100~1000倍。
