单兵、分队战术训练的一种方法。有时也用于部队的战术训练。亦称战术队列作业。它是在学习战术理论的基础上，将一个战术课题，按照战斗程序区分成若干阶段，逐段讲解、示范，反复演练。目的是运用战术原则，学会战斗指挥和战斗动作，为战术综合演练和演习打好基础。此种训练，单兵由班长组织实施，分队由本级指挥员组织实施,当有其他兵种分队参加时,也可由上一级指挥员组织实施。这种训练方法,可逐段演练,也可针对重点或难点演练其中一段或几段。训练过程中，组织者发现指挥员的指挥和单兵、分队动作不符合要求时，可停止演练，进行讲评纠正，尔后继续演练，直到熟练掌握规定的训练内容，分队动作达到协调为止。
