十二指肠旁疝
paraduodenal hernia
是指腹内脏器进入十二指肠旁Landzert隐窝。隐窝分左侧及右侧。左侧十二指肠旁疝为右侧的6倍。左侧十二指肠旁疝是指肠管进入十二指肠升部左侧Landzert隐窝而形成，疝囊右方有腰大肌、左肾和输尿管，疝囊前方近疝囊颈部有肠系膜下静脉。如肠管进入右侧Waldeyer隐窝(空肠系膜起始部位于肠系膜上动脉后方)即形成右侧十二指肠旁疝，疝囊前方有升结肠系膜，近疝囊颈部有肠系膜上动脉。
