We amplified VL gene of mouse McAb anti-stomach cancer by PCR from genomic DNA of3G, hybridoma cells and clolled it into pBluescript vectors.

The VH and VL genes were amplified from the hybridoma cell secreting monoclonal antibody against Cysticercus cellulosae by RT-PCR.
从分泌抗猪囊尾蚴单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞提取总RNA,以此为摸板,RT-PCR扩增出抗猪囊尾蚴单克隆抗体轻重链可变区基因,琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测显示约350 bp,符合鼠抗体特征。

The VL gene fragment of antihuman C1INH McAb was amplified by RTPCR using a pair of oligonucleotide primers which were designed according to FR1 and FR4 gene sequences of mouse immunoglobulin variable region of light chain (VL).
获得抗体的可变区基因是由鼠源性McAb制备重组抗体的前提,本实验合成与轻链可变区(VL)FR1和FR4互补的通用引物,由分泌抗人C1-INHMcAb的杂交瘤F7细胞株提取总RNA,经RT-PCR扩增出F7VL的cDNA片段,并将其克隆入pUC18/19测序载体,从两端进行双脱氧核苷酸随机终止法的DNA序列测定。
