 最新研制的717-12型联合碾米设备日前已经正式投产。本设备选用高效率35型筛选去石组合机和性能优异的LG、MGCZ、NF10/60/8.5/联合米机,以及WDT70型双联提升组合而成的小型成套碾米设备。每小时生产白米500-600公斤。
  本设备从稻谷清理、脱壳、谷糙分离均是自动连续进行。 整套设备是我公司首创、采用了先进的工艺,排列紧凑理,占地面积小, 采用了一机多带的电机驱动,是代农加工的理想设备。 

 


  稻谷由下料斗经提升机送入筛选去石组合机进行清理,除去杂质、尘土和石子后,再经提升机送入联合米机的砻谷部分进行脱壳脱下的稻壳经风力分离排出机外收集,糙米随即流入碾米机碾白,米糠经过风机送往集糠器收集。
