温泉湖温泉是西藏西部第三个朝圣景点。据说曾有一个僧人在此修炼成佛，朝圣者们来到这儿为了希望洗去罪恶。这里的寺庙中有许多佛雕，西藏的朝圣者相信，小径的南面可以看到山边的河流，而温泉则位于小径东尽头，河流旁。
去温泉湖温泉可以随团，自己租用吉普车，也可以到门士镇南9公里处（查多冈日以西65公里）搭车。门士没有住宿，所以建议从查多冈日或其他地方出发
