| 透翅蛾 Sesiidae；clearwing moths 鳞翅目蛾亚目透翅蛾科的通称。中国已知40余种。双翅狭窄。翅面被稀疏鳞片。喜在白天飞翔，夜间静息。尤其晴天中午常在花丛间活动，取食花蜜。幼虫是钻蛀性害虫，喜在树木枝干内蛀食木质髓部，引起树液向外溢出。某些种类也蛀食树根或瓜果。树木受害后往往内部被蛀食一空，树势衰退，枯干致死。 |
