声喑 声喑   病证名。《罗氏会约医镜》卷七:“声喑之症,虽兼五脏,而于心、肝、肾三经为重。又须知其虚实治之,乃为上二。”该书把声喑病因:感于风寒,火衰喉痛,喉痛火炎,喉毒溃烂,梅毒喉烂,肺经实火,肝逆,劳瘵,劳颏等九种。并分别选用加味枳桔二陈汤、镇阴煎、滋阴八味汤、仙遗粮汤、麦门冬汤、小降气汤、竹衣麦门冬汤治之。因为导致本病的原因颇多,临床见症又多错综复杂,所以在治疗中,必须结合全身情况,审证求因,辩证用药。
