寿司饭 3碗
浦烧鳗 1/2条
鲑鱼卵 70公克
蛋 2颗
海苔丝 适量
[制作流程]
(1)将蛋打散，煎成薄蛋皮后，切成细丝备用。
(2)蒲烧鳗用烤箱温热，再切成小丁备用。
(3)将寿司饭舖在方形深盘中，撒上蛋皮丝，放上鳗鱼丁、鲑鱼卵，最后再均匀撒上海苔丝即可。
