阿米巴滋养体

  溶组织阿米巴包囊经口感染宿主后,在小肠下段碱性消化液的作用下,囊壁变薄,分裂形成四个小滋养体。小滋养体生活在肠腔中,以肠道细菌和肠内容物为营养,不吞噬红细胞,体积小,直径12~30μm,内外质分界不明。小滋养体可凭借伪足的机械运动和酶的水解作用侵入肠壁组织,大量增殖,吞噬红细胞和组织细胞转变为大滋养体。大滋养体直径在20~60μm之间,多数为20~30μm,内外质分明,外质透明,内质浓密,常伸出单一伪足,作定向移动即阿米巴运动。苏木素染色后,可见直径为4~7μm的泡状细胞核,核的正中或略偏位有小而圆的核仁,核仁与核膜间有时可见网状纤维。
