特点：香甜细嫩，油而不腻。滋阴补肺肾。
制法：
1.将核桃仁在开水里浸泡后取出，去皮，再用油炸酥，备用。
2.将去皮荸荠、蜜瓜圆、蜜枣和炸酥好的核桃仁一齐剁成细泥，备用。
3.将鸡蛋黄、水豆粉和面粉装入碗内，用筷子搅打成浆，备用。
4.鸡蛋清用筷搅打成蛋泡，备用。
5.炒锅洗净置中火上，下油烧至六成熟时，将浆倒入，并快速翻炒。待浆发白亮油，呈现鱼子蛋状时，速将剁好的细泥倒入炒均，再放白糖。糖化后，起锅装盘中，盖上蛋泡，并在蛋泡面摆上密樱桃即成。
