| 国际收支平衡表 international payment statement，balance of 对一个国家的国际经济交易记录，即该国接受世界其余地方向之提供的商品和服务的记录，以及它对世界其余地方的债权债务的记录。国际收支是一国对外国资金的收付行为，国际收支平衡表一般是根据复式簿记原理，就每笔交易作借债等额的记载。因此，原则上该表全部项目的借方总额与贷方总额是相等的，其净差额为零。根据国际货币基金组织对国际收支所下的定义，国际收支平衡表主要包括以下内容 ：①经常项目。它是平衡表中最基本最重要的项目，反映一国经常发生的国际经济交易活动，该项目包括居民与非居民实体之间金融项目以外的商品、服务与所得的交易和无偿性转移支付。②资本项目。反映一国在一定时期内的对外资本输出输入情况，即一切对外债权债务等金融性资产的交易活动，资本项目包括直接投资、证券投资和其他资本。③平衡项目。是对一定时期内经常项目和资本项目的顺差或逆差予以平衡的项目，包括错误与遗漏、官方储备，特别提款权的分配等等 。中国自1985年9月起 ，由国家外汇管理局正式编制并且公布中国的国际收支平衡表。 |
