【行政企事业单位库存现金限额计划】它是开户银行核定的行政、企事业单位未来一定时期保存现金的最高限额。它是国家实行现金管理的一项重要内容。保持这些单位合理的现金库存量，可以防止现金分散和浪费，保证现金集中使用，有利于监督单位按照国家计划、政策和制度支付现金，有利于银行集聚资金和有计划调节现金流通。库存现金限额由单位提出计划，报所在开户银行审批，一般为单位3至5天的日常零星开支所需的现金，边远地区和交通不发达地区可适当放宽，但最多不超过巧天的日常零星开支。部队、公安系统等保密单位和其他保密单位的库存现金限额的核定，由其主管部门负责，并由主管部门将确定的库存现金限额和检查情况报开户银行。
