Objective The research utilized traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combining with percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) to reduce compression fracture of vertebral body on osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) with control group of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).
目的本研究应用中医正骨手法整复骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折，结合PVP(经皮椎体成形术)手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折，与PKP(经皮椎体后凸成形术)手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折作对比，探讨正骨手法在椎体压缩性骨折中的复位作用及结合PVP手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效，为临床应用提供依据。

[目的]探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗新鲜与陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折疗效间的差异性。

| 骨质疏松症 osteoporosis 由于各种原因引起的骨代谢障碍。主要表现为单位体积内骨量降低，骨基质有机成分及钙盐沉着均减少，但基本结构保持不变。临床表现主要为骨痛和骨折，以脊椎骨折、股骨颈骨折及桡骨远端骨折多见。X射线表现以骨皮质变薄及骨小梁减少为特征。骨密度测定常用光子吸收测量。防治的重点在于预防骨折的发生，老年要补充钙和性激素，降钙素可同时预防和治疗骨质疏松症。 |
