This paper,through collection and sort-out of specific input and output data in the process of running Anhui provincial universities of undergraduate course in the recent years,obtains technical efficiency,net technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the matter of utilization of university running resources using data envelopment analysis(DEA)technique and model.

Through consulting data,interviewing experts and questionnaire and survey in the nine undergraduate police colleges,the article analyzes and sums up the relative factors affecting the teaching of shooting course and then puts forward countermeasures.

The interactive development between the municipal colleges and the city s social and economic gives us some special inspiration: once owning favorable geographical advantages and the opportunity and the conditions of development,we should make a plan for the development of higher education at the same time.
