influence of a leader

  领导影响力(innuenee of a leader)即领导力量。指处于领导角色的人,在为达成组织目标的领导过程中所具有的对群众(或被领导者)的影响力。所谓影响力,就是在与他人的交往中,影响和改变他人的心理与行为的能力。理论上,任何组织或团体中的成员,对他人都有一定的影响力,只是影响力的强弱和方向不同。如家长有改变子女的影响力,教师有改变学生的影响力,校长有改变教师的影响力。领导者的影响力却是决定领导效能的必不可少的因素,是领导者的生命力。它由领导角色的地位、身份、权力和个人素质等因素决定的,概括起来就是领导者的权力影响力和自然影响力。这些领导力在发生作用时,就表现为领导者的种种领导行为,诸如号召、说服、劝诱、灌输、示范、表率、暗示、熏陶、感染、敦促、命令、强迫、激励、表彰等等。 (孙俊山撰张交审)
