==食疗功效==菠菜味甘、性凉,具有滋阴润燥、养血止血等功效。鸡片、虾仁、海参都具有益气、补清等功效。

== 原 料 ==菠菜 250 克,鸡片、虾仁、海参各 20 克,食盐、料酒、胡椒粉、生粉、色拉油、鲜汤各适量,葱、姜各少许。

==制作方法==将鸡片、虾仁用食盐、料酒、生粉、胡椒粉上足浆,放入热水锅内打焯成熟。炒锅加鲜汤和调料,开锅后把菠菜煮至成熟捞出,控净余汤装盘。炒锅加底油,放入葱、姜炝锅,出香味添鲜汤、调料和辅料,开锅后打准口味,淋在菠菜上即可。

==操作要领==上浆时生粉用量不宜过多,焯水必须用热水,保持鸡片、虾仁嫩度。菠菜打焯断生即可,且菠菜必须是小棵菠菜。

==特别提示==本品适合具有一定咀嚼能力的幼儿、少儿食用,也适合高血压、头痛和贫血者食用
