two-factor theory
二因素说(two一faetor theory)英国心理学家C.斯皮尔曼于20世纪初提出的智力结构学说。他利用因素分析方法从智力结构中分离出两个基本因素:一个是一般因素(G因素);一个是特殊因素(S因素)。一般因素是从事一切活动所必备的智力因素，它体现于人的一切行为之中;特殊因素是从事某种专业性活动所必备的智力因素，它体现于特定行为之中。任何一项具体作业(见图)的完成都是一般因素和特殊因素共同作用的结果。教育训练既要培养一般因素，又要培养特殊因素。士 二因家模式图 (张蜂撰珍瑞扮审)
