This article undertook an empirical study on the network of neighbouring help in terms of establishment, caring action and organization, it argues that it relieved the problem of the senior care in a highly-aged society, and reconstructed human relationships in metropolitan community while letting the old be useful and be cared and put forward a new horizon in perceiving current society.

Network inter-assistance tour is a new tourism form following group tour and independent travel,and it is expanding quickly.

This dissertation probes into the investigation to the residents neighbor-interaction in urban community through social interaction theory and social network theory, which gets the conclusion: (1) neighbor in size and interaction frequency as well as depth of the built community are higher than the other two communities, which present a descending direction.
