In this paper,the effects of alloying,sintering,and heat-treatment on the properties and microstructures of SiCp/ferroalloy-based composites were studied,:It was found that SiC particles reacted with ferroalloy when sintered in 1100.
碳化硅因其高强度、高模量、耐热、耐磨等优良性能而被作为颗粒增强体来制备铁基复合材料，但因其共价键与铁基体的金属键之间的本质区别导致两者复合困难，本文拟从基体合金化、烧结及热处理工艺等方面对铁合金基复合材料组织与性能的影响进行考察，具体内容如下： 加入Fe-Cu-C基体中的SiCp颗粒，1100℃烧结时就已经开始发生分解，但反应不强烈，在颗粒表面镀镍可以延缓基颗粒与基体之间的反应。
