This paper makes a bio-mechanics analysis and research about the moving section and shot speed and rhythm of Chinese excellent shot put athletes when the putting movement is in the transition phase.
对我国优秀铅球运动员过渡阶段相关运动环节及铅球的速度节奏进行了生物力学分析与研究,结果表明:运动员身体重心和铅球运动速度曲线在过渡阶段的分合对提高运动成绩有重大的作用;过渡阶段摆动腿快速落地缩短单支撑时间是尽快形成双支撑进入最后用力的关键;我国优秀铅球运动员在双支撑前便开始最后用力,有待于提高向下运动的抗冲击负荷的能力。
