As regards of the marriage transfer,this thesis has discussed social issues,such as the changes of the function of the rural families,that are brought about by the social reforms and has concluded with a number of proposals to address the existent issues.

Compared with the country,medium and small size city or town,the author discovered several outstanding features of the marriage migration in the big cities,as follow:1)The marriage migration is not a gangway for the rural women to enter the big city,but for the women from medium and small size city or town.

From the perspective of economy,social life and psychology,this study analyzes the current status of the social adaptation of urban female marriage immigrants.

This article takes about 500 typical cases of Shanghai counts in 1940s, including the Shanghai first special zone local count, the Shanghai second special zone local count, Wang Jingwei puppet regime shanghai local count and National Government Shanghai local count as an object, to discuss the foreign marriage trials combine with the international private law theory.
