国家预算执行反馈体系在预算执行中，将预算资金的筹资、使用情况汇集起来，经分析处理，再将结果返送回提供信息的各级财政部门的行为。要做好预算执行信息的反馈工作，需建立完整的信息反馈体系。中国预算执行信息反馈体系的的基本构成为:①预算执行信息的报送体系。包括:各级财政部门报送预算执行情况旬报、月报和年报的制度;对预算执行中出现的特殊问题专题报告的制度;企业财务部门报送企业财务月报、年报的制度;其他预算收入征收机关、税务、海关报送收入征收情况的月报、年报制度等。②预算执行信息分析制度。各财政部门在编制旬报、月报和年报的同时，要对预算执行情况进行分析，同时写出预算执行情况分析报告，送同级政府，并上报上级财政部门。③综合经济部门信息交换制度。在预算执行信息汇总后，要将有关信息传递到各综合经济部门，各综合经济部门也要将本部门的信息传递给财政部门。预算执行一方面受国民经济发展的影响，另一方面又以资金运动的形式反映着国民经济的发展状况。④预算执行信息返送制度。上一级财政部门对预算执行信息进行分析处理以后，以简报等形式向所属各级财政部门通报。
