| 维希政府 Vichy government 第二次世界大战期间，法国投降后成立的亲德傀儡政府。因政府设在维希而得名。1940 年6月22日法国同德国签订《贡比涅停战协定》后，H.P.贝当将其政府迁至法国中部小城维希 ，7月10日胁迫国民议会通过废黜第三共和国、成立“法兰西国家”的法令。贝当出任国家元首，标榜“劳动、家庭、祖国”，进行“民族革命”。维希政府先后由P.赖伐尔、P.-  .弗朗丹、J.-L.-X.-F.达尔朗执政。在约占法国1／3领土的统治区内设立特别部和特别法庭，镇压一切爱国运动，取消选举、言论和出版自由。取缔工会，模仿建立B.A.A.墨索里尼的总体国家，实行法西斯专政。对外完全投靠纳粹德国，和西班牙F.佛朗哥保持密切关系，支持A.希特勒在欧洲建立的“新秩序”，派“志愿军”对苏联作战。1942年11月 ，维希政府将其全部统治区交由德军占领。1944 年8月，在法国抵抗运动和盟军的沉重打击下 ，贝当与赖伐 尔仓皇出逃，维希政府瓦解。 |
