Poor natural conditions and the special human environment in ethnic regions in there Autonomous prefectures of Sichuan province led much poverty-stricken population,serious poverty degree;we must carry out the strategic of poverty alleviation and relocation to eliminate poverty.

We find with the method of dynamic price , the cost of migration assistance is less than the cost of ridding poverty assistance in the original place, and the benefit of migrating assistance is more than the cost of ridding poverty assistance in the original place .
