The thesis takes cross-cultural interview as cultural context, which is based on linguistic characteristics and skills in cross-cultural interview, mainly makes researches on pragmatic failures caused by differences both on languages and cultures between Chinese and English, and pragmatic strategies which deal with pragmatic failures.

This paper expounds the importance of acquisitioning work of library and the necessity of acquisitioning informatization, analyzes the feasibility of constructing the cooperative library’s acquisitioning management system, and advances some concrete ideas.

It screens the characteristics of distributing and heterogeneity of information,realizes uniform acessing of information.
