Our country s present adult guardianship system has played the vital role for the protection of adult incapacity person and security transaction,but there still have some legislation ideas that violate the civil law basic characteristic place,and some flaws in the system constructed.

The results reveal that the participation of the mentally retarded adults in opening and closing motion skill learning can improve their physical quality to some extent,and the lower the degree of subjects being retarded is,the better they can gain improvement.
