awaken theory of play
游戏觉醒理论(awaken theory ofplay)又称“内驭力理论”觉醒是中枢神经系统的机能状态，同外部刺激和机体的内部平衡机制有关。环境刺激是觉醒的重要源泉，新异的刺激除了为学习提供不可缺少的线索外，还可能激活机体，改变机体的驭力状态。同时，机体具有维持由平衡过程的自动调节机制，中枢神经系统能够通过一定的行为方式来自动调节觉醒状态，使之维持最佳水平。该理论的代表人物有伯莱因、艾利斯、亨特、费恩。他们认为，游戏可以激活机体，使其处于最佳的觉醒状态，游戏是由认知性行为和嬉戏性行为构成的活动认知性行为是特殊性探究，与掌握信息和技能有一关;嬉戏性行为是多样性探究，同过去经验的利用有关。在一发生的时序卜，是先认知后嬉戏，两者先后交替，构成了游戏的动态过科。游戏一般发生在中等水平的觉醒状态。它是认知和创造交替进行的动态过程。儿童在游戏中是既对环境进行认知又利用自己先前的经验来同化环境，理解环境，发挥自己的创造性。这一理论对护教育工作的重要意义在于:(l)幼儿园环境要合理地组织(2)环境刺激的最佳范围是中等水平 (白学军撰林亲德审)
