| 社会人 social person 以追求良好的人际社会需要为根本动机的人。社会人与经济人观点相对，这一概念是由美国梅奥提出的。社会人观点认为，调动人的生产积极性的决定性因素不是人们在工作中得到的经济报酬，而是良好的人际关系。主要论点为：①传统管理都是以事为中心，梅奥则提出要以人为中心，要在激励人的积极性上下功夫。②传统管理把人假设为经济人，梅奥则认为，人是社会人，除有物质金钱需要以外，还有社会和心理方面的要求。③传统管理认为生产效率单纯地受工作条件的制约，梅奥则认为，生产效率的上升和下降很大程度上取决于职工的工作态度，而态度又与人与人的关系密切相关。从社会人的观点出发，人们提出了参与管理的主张，即让职工和下级在不同程度上参加企业决策。 |
