梦窗禅师。讳智曤。日本国势州人。母祷普门大士梦吞金色光而娠。生有祥光满室。九岁出家。十八为大僧。礼慈观律师受具戒。寻学显密二教。梦游中国名山。一庞眉僧授以达磨尊像。寤而叹曰。洞明吾本心者其唯禅观乎。谒无隐范公一山宁公。一山曰。我宗无语言。亦无一法与人。本来廓然清净。虽慈悲方便亦无。师力参至目不交睫。于高峰日公言下有省。一夕大悟。偈有等间击碎虚空骨之句。高峰印可嘱曰。西来密意。汝亦得之。善自护持。后入五台缚吸江庵。构泊船庵退耕庵。有终身丘壑之志。既而不得已。应世所住。南禅善应净智圆觉瑞泉慧林瑞光临川兜率西芳资圣补陀天龙诸名刹赐号。有正觉及心宗普济等。王敕有道振三朝。名飞四海主龙象席。再转法轮秉佛祖权。数摧魔垒。国中以为荣。是年九月三十日逝。世寿七十七。腊六十。终时白气一道。横贯师室。存日爪发皆有舍利
