Yiyang tune,which is famous for its "high pitch", handed down from the southern opera of Song and Yuan Dynasties to Jiangxi province, is juxtaposed as the Four Great Tunes of southern operas with Yuyao tune, Haiyan tune and Kunshan tune and has had profound influence on Chinese traditional operas.
