Based on the MATLAB simulink and fixed-point C simulation for the transmitter and receiver of COFDM, this paper present the FPGA implementation for the channel inner coding ,modulation and frame structure according to the performance requirement of the HDTV for terrestrial broadcasting .

In this paper,according to the characteristics of UAV′s telecomm and telemetry channel,Repeat-Accumulate(RA) code is applied as channel code over this channel.
