This paper introduces its views from the cultural characteristics of the WTO,and puts forward 3 reasons for university management by professors.
在拒绝了绝对化思维、对立化思维和形式化思维 ,明确了教授的工人阶级的政治属性后 ,参照WTO的生产力文化特征和“三个代表”精神 ,提出教授治校的 3个理由 :一是高校科技活动中 ,教授在促进国家进生产力发展中的先进作用 ;二是高校文化活动中 ,教授在促进民族文化发展的先进作用 ;三是高校教育规律和管理效率上 ,传统的行政系列和官僚体制所代表的“生产关系”已经暴露诸多弊病 ,实行教授治校有利于促进高校生产力发展。
