在检察改革的进程中,须紧紧围绕如何提高诉讼效率,降低诉讼成本,以实现司法公正这一核心问题来进行,即应着重考虑通过合理、有效、便利、节约的举措,尽量减少工作成本,节省在时间与精力、财力上的消耗。
