这件西周中期鸟尊高23厘米，长30厘米，腹深10.6厘米，重3公斤。鸟尊有夸张之意。鸟身中空，背部开方口，口上似应有盖。鸟昂首勾喙，双目圆睁。鸟腹下有极粗壮的三足，增强了尊的稳定性，鸟尾羽宽大，从两边方折下垂。方形鸟羽和鸟之三足起稳定均衡作用。三足鸟，现实生活中所无，周人铸三足铜鸟，可能和神话传说中的太阳鸟—三足乌有关。现藏宝鸡青铜器博物馆。
