pathological affect
病理性激情(pa，ho孟ogiea一arfeet)种爆发性剧烈情感反应。突然发生，持续时间短暂。它与生理性激情的区别在于伴有深度意识障碍。发作时出现明显的自主神经反应，如颜面苍白或潮红。发作后全身虚弱无力，极度疲乏、困倦思睡。发作可持续若干分钟至数小时。事后对发作过程遗忘。发作多以暴怒、恐惧等激情形式出现。往往由于极端的愤怒，无端受辱，强烈的不满、嫉妒、复仇感等引起。多见于病态人格、癫痈、脑外伤、慢性酒中毒者由于存在意识障碍，发作时做出的攻击行为没有预谋，行为带有盲目性，但具有明确指向性。病理性激情在司法精神病学鉴定时作为例外状态对待。发作时病人意识有深度障碍，丧失了辨认能力和控制能力，故应评定为无责任能力。 (赵亚忠撰刘协和审)
