EMG training

  肌电生物反懊训练(EMG training)根据生物反馈原理,教患者使用肌电反馈仪,控制骨骼肌紧张度以治愈疾病的一种训练。在放松训练中,肌电反馈仪的电极通常置于额肌、嚼肌或颈部斜方肌;仪器的听觉反馈信号减弱或消失,表示肌电压己降至预定闽值,此时受训者体验到心情的松弛。放松训练适用于肌肉痉挛、失眠、焦虑、紧张性头痛,以及哮喘、溃疡、高血压等心身疾病。对于肌肉萎缩、瘫痪等病症,肌电反馈训练的目的是增强肌张力,声反馈信号愈强,表示肌肉力量愈强,已达到并超过了预定闽值。反馈有助于偏瘫病人恢复由于减少了来自肌肉和关节的反馈而丧失的位置感觉或本体感觉。对于软偏瘫患者,训练的目标是使主动肌和拮抗肌的功能达到平衡。肌电反馈训练也用于治疗周围神经损伤、神经冲动受阻等病症。 (杨立能撰梁宝勇审)
