}00VVU ShuChu劳务输出(labour exPort)向外国(或地区)提供劳动力从事工程建设、进行合作经营和承担其他劳动。是无形贸易的一部分。劳务输出有以下几种形式:①自由输出，有些国家为了赚取外汇，鼓励劳动力出口，任其自找职业，自谋生计;②由国家统一安排，和外国企业或其他单位签订协议，有计划地组织劳动力输出;③间接输出，即国内或在国外的分支机构接受外国单位和个人的委托，承办一些服务性业务等。 劳务输出在一定程度上缓和了各国人口增长与经济发展不平衡的矛盾，但对输出国和输人国的影响不同。就输出国而言，劳务输出可部分解决国内人口过剩和就业问题，同时出国人员汇回的款项也可增加外汇收人;但另一方面，从国外汇回的款项若大部分用于个人生活消费，则会促使国内物价上涨，并且由于国内劳动力供给减少，工人工资提高，也会推动输出国的物价上涨。就输人国而言，外国劳动力的输人可缓解国内劳动力不足的问题;但由于外籍工人工资较低，劳动力供给增加，会迫使输人国工资水平下降，失业增加。此外，大量劳动力输人本国，也会对本国文化、社会价值观、宗教信仰、风俗习惯、社会环境等造成影响。劳动力输出对劳务输出国及其劳动者也会带来社会文化等方面的影响。(黄四民)
