This article designs an index system for performance measurement of government\'s supervision on the coal mine safety production in the light of related theories,and puts forward a framework system for this measurement,including the bodies of evaluation,collection of performance information,supervision of evaluation behavior,and publishing and applying of measurement outcome,etc.
