As to help the teachers ameliorate their inappropriate behaviors and become the propellent for students’creativity, it’s necessary to study their perceptions on creativity fostering, their creativity fostering behaviors and the factors influence them.
发展学生的创造力是当今教育的主要目标之一,教师是这一目标的直接组织者和实施者,因此有必要研究他们对创造力培养持有的观念、他们的创造性教学行为以及其中的影响因素,以帮助他们澄清认识,完善行为,使他们真正成为学生创造力发展的推动者。

创造行为(ereative behavior)个体产生具有独特性、新颖性和价值性成果的行为。其特点:(l)具有强烈的创造欲望和解决某一具体问题的观念意向。(2)具有获取某种基本价值的目标，并考虑实现创造行为主客观现实的可能性。〔3)采用破除传统习惯思维的方式，并赋予行为以创新的内涵。这些均是创造行为与一般行为区别的主要之点。 (王小英撰牟丈博审)
