Through studies to the domestic volleyball club and the overseas standardization sports club comparison,In my opinion,backward system of the domestic volleyball clubs,which is the main reason why the club is unworthy of the real name,has limited the development of these clubs.

By means of literature data,questionnaire and coaches interview,the authors surveyed and analyzed the conditions of the coaches from the pro-fessional volleyball clubs in China.

The author investigated 24 Chinese professional volleyball clubs and found chief problems: lacking of matches and experiences, management lagging behind and being irrelevant with the system and the level of economy, unpromising capital and law welfare, lacking of communication with media, immature establishment and management systems of clubs.

This study which had researched the Situations and Intercourse of Sportsmen in China Professional Volleyball Club by related data, questionnaires and statistics, found that the composing of ages were not proper, the incomes and the educations of the Sportsmen were very low and the Intercourse of the Sportsmen were difficulty.
