This paper mainly discusses the linguistic turn in philosophy of the West and the great wisdom sparkling in the philosophers of language,which means that this course can not only broaden the students’ horizons and enlighten their mind,but also strengthen their confidence to do original research.

A brief summary of “metasynthetic wisdom" proposed by famous Chinese scientist Qian Xuesen in recent 20 years is introduced in this article, which includes modern science technology architecture, metasynthesis and hall for workshop of metasynthetic engineering.

Besides, from the point of view of system, the formation of metasynthetic engineering by system sciences and noetic science cross development is also described in this article.

The authors discussed the form, development, important theorectical views and futures of system exclusiveness, systematic management science and meta synthetic engineering, which are the three great vital members in the system.
