| 抢婚 marriage by capture 原始社会的一种婚俗。由男子通过掠夺其他氏族部落妇女的方式来缔结婚姻。又称掠夺婚。产生于母系氏族向父系氏族过渡或妻方居住向夫方居住过渡的时期。中国古代历史上的室韦、靺鞨等族有抢婚习俗。直至中华人民共和国建立前后，有些民族还不同程度地保留这种遗俗。古代希伯来人、阿拉伯人、希腊人、条顿人都曾行此婚俗。在近现代，世界上有些地区仍行这种婚俗。现存的抢婚，事先已得到女方默契，由男方邀约伙伴佯作抢亲，事后议定聘金举行婚礼；也有以象征性的抢婚作为婚礼仪式的，这也是抢婚习俗的残余。关于抢婚的起源，有的人认为是由于部落间战争的结果；有的人认为是由于男子的独占妻子的要求，或男方无力偿付聘金等原因引起的。 |
