证券价格与收益分析[股票定价原理]股票价格就是股票在市场上买卖的价格，又称股票市价或股票行市。股票作为一种有价证券的凭证，其本身并没有价值，股票之所以有价格，能够作为买卖对象，是因为股票能够给它的持有者带来股息收人。买卖股票实际上就是购买或转让一种领取股息收人的凭证，是一种权益的让渡或转移，是一种资本所有权和收益权的买卖。 股票是一种特殊的商品，股票价格的基础是股票的基本投资价值。购买股票是一种投资行为，投资购买股票的目的是为了通过股票而取得收益，即期望股本增殖、股息增加或股价上涨带来收益，就是这个股票的基本的投资价值是股票价格的基础，预定着股票的基本价格。因此说，股票价格由股票投资价值决定，它直接与预期股息和银行利率有关。用公式表示为:股票价格(P) 预期股息(D)=银行利息率(l) 也就是说，预期股息和银行利息率是影响股票行市的两个基本因素。其中，银行利息率与股票行市成反比，即银行利息率越低，股价就越高;反之，则越低。预期股息与股票价格成正比，即预期股息越高，股价就越高。 除上述所讨论的两个影响股票价格的基本因素即预期股息和银行利息率之外，还有其它众多的因素无时不影响着股票价格的变化。但归纳起来，可以分为两大类，即主观因素和客观因素。
